CARRIAGE TERMS

Welcome to Kitchen Provisions Central Shop! To make sure you understand our shipping policies, please read the shipping terms below.

  1. Shipping Range
    We currently only ship to the United States. We will continue to work hard to expand our shipping range to serve more customers.
  2. Processing Time
    All orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after receipt. Please note that processing time does not include weekends and holidays. Once your order is processed, we will send you a confirmation and tracking information via email.
  3. Shipping Methods and Costs
    We offer a variety of shipping methods, including standard shipping and expedited shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, volume and destination of your order. You will see the specific shipping options and costs during checkout.
  4. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: Usually takes 5-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Usually takes 2-3 business days.
Actual delivery time may vary due to weather, shipping company delays or other uncontrollable factors.

  1. Order Tracking
    Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your package on the shipping company’s website.
  2. Address Confirmation
    Please confirm your delivery address when placing an order. We will deliver to the address you provide. We are not responsible for delivery problems or delays caused by incorrect addresses.
  3. Undelivered Packages
    If your package is not received within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking information first. If you still have questions, please contact us through our customer service team and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
  4. Receipt Inspection
    When you receive the package, please check whether the item is intact. If you find that the item is damaged or missing, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the package and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
