Return Request To request a refund, please make sure you follow the steps below:
Return Request: Please contact caitlinwhitney@kitchenprovisionscentralshop.com via email to submit a return request and provide your order number and the reason for the refund. Item Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns due to damaged or used items. Return Address: We will provide a return address upon receiving the return request. Do not send the item back to the shipping address.
Refund Processing We will process the refund after receiving the returned item and confirming its condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and are usually available within 5-7 business days after the return is processed.
Shipping Costs If you are requesting a refund due to product quality issues or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs. In other cases, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Exchange Policy If you need to exchange an item, please first request a refund and then place a new order for the required item. We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
